减少四角切圆燃烧锅炉NO_x生成的运行调整

摘  要:NO_x是燃煤电站排放的主要污染物之一。控制锅炉燃烧能减少NO_x的生成,有利于降低燃煤电站的NO_x排放量。针对某四角切圆燃烧煤粉锅炉,分别调整过剩空气系数、二次风配风方式、燃尽风量、磨煤机出力分布、周界风、偏转二次风以及煤粉细度等因素,总结出各因素对NO_x的影响趋势,并经过合理调整,将NO_x生成量降低了近28%。结果表明,炉膛内氧气浓度和分布状况决定了NO_x的生成情况,采用低氧燃烧和空气分级燃烧能有效减少NO_x的生成。NOx is one of the main pollutant emissions of coal-fired power plant. Controlling boiler combustion can reduce NOx generation, which is conducive to reduce NOx emission of coal-fired power plant. Against a tangential firing pulverized coal boiler, it separately adjusted the excess air coefficient, secondary air distribution mode, overfire air amount, coal mill output distribution, surrounding air, deflection secondary air and pulverized coal fineness, summarized the influence of these factors on the NOx, and made some reasonable adjustments, then reduced NOx generation nearly 28%. The result showed that the oxygen concentration and distribution in the furnace determined the NOx generation, and low oxygen combustion and air staged combustion can effectively reduce the generation of NOx.
