摘  要:利用相似与模化原理,对某350 MW超临界燃煤锅炉配置的HALF-PAX型褐煤旋流燃烧器进行炉内冷态空气动力场试验,首次以同层燃烧器为试验对象,研究燃烧器喷口一、二次风的风速分布特性、风量调节特性,以及燃烧器喷口气流流动特性。试验结果表明,该型旋流燃烧器的一次风分配特性较好、二次风分配特性较差,内二次风风量过低且无法通过参数调整达到设计要求、二次风通道结构设计存在问题。依据试验结论进行优化调整后提高了锅炉煤种适应性,改烧烟煤时的稳燃性明显提高,锅炉环保经济指标得到进一步改善。Using similarity and modeling principles, the experiment of the cold aerodynamic field in the furnace was conducted for a 350MW supercritical coal-fired boiler equipped with the HALF-PAX lignite swirl burner. For the first time, the same layer burner was considered as the test object. The wind speed distribution characteristics of the primary and secondary air of the burner nozzle, air flow adjustment characteristics and the air flow characteristics of burner nozzle were studied. The results show that the primary air distribution characteristics of the swirl burner are good, while the secondary air distribution characteristics are bad. The inner secondary air flow is low and cannot be adjusted to meet the design requirement. The designed structure of the secondary air channel also has problem. According to the experimental results, optimization and adjustment were done. After that, the coal adaptability of the boiler is improved. When burning bituminous coal, the combustion stability is obviously enhanced and the environmental economic index of the boiler is further improved.
