摘　　要：研究产业创新生态系统有助于促进产业创新动态平衡,维持产业竞争力和创新力,是京津冀产业创新发展的新范式。在简述产业创新生态系统的内涵、特征及构成的基础上,从创新主体、创新服务、创新环境三个群落分析了京津冀产业创新生态系统的现状,通过总结京津冀产业创新生态系统发展现状及制约瓶颈,从构建支撑体系、协同创新模式、健全协调机制和优化创新环境四个方面提出优化建议。To study industrial innovation ecosystem can help to facilitate dynamic balance of industry innovation, maintain industrial competitiveness and innovation, which provides a new paradigm of industry innovation and development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. The paper is designed to give a general introduction on connotation, characteristics and components of the industry innovation ecosystem, analyze the present situation of industry innovation ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region in respect of innovation subject, innovation service and innovation environment and via summarizing the present situation and the bottleneck of industry innovation ecosystem in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, propose four optimization suggestions from the perspective of construction of support system, collaborative innovation mode, coordination mechanism improvement and optimization of innovation environment.
