个体化护理干预联合健康教育在霉菌性阴道炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨个体化护理干预联合健康教育在霉菌性阴道炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月我院收治的96例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者予以个体化护理联合健康教育。比较两组患者的临床效果、治疗依从性、复发率及自我护理能力。结果观察组患者的临床疗效总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗依从率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的复发率为8.33%,显著低于对照组的29.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项自我护理能力评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对霉菌性阴道炎患者实施个体化护理联合健康教育,可显著改善临床治疗效果,促进患者康复,同时对提高患者治疗依从性,降低复发率均具有重要应用价值。Objective To investigate the application effect of individualized nursing intervention combined with health education in patients with fungal vaginitis.Methods 96 cases of fungal vaginitis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given individualized care,combined with health education.The clinical efficacy,treatment compliance,recurrence rate and the self-care ability of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than that of the control group （77.08%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The treatment compliance rate in the obser- vation group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that of control group （68.75%）,the difference was statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05）.The the recurrence rate after treatment in the observation group was 8.33%,which was signifi- cantly lower than that of the control group （29.17%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The patients self-care ability scores in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of individual nursing care combined with health education on mycotic vaginitis patients,can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,promote the rehabilitation of patients, and to improve the treatment compliance of patients,reduce the recurrence rate has important application value.
