摘　　要：借鉴其他行业经验,在图书馆领域提出了P2P服务,即针对特定高端用户的"个人对个人的服务"。图书馆P2P服务具有针对性、连续性和高效性等优势,该服务能够保障图书馆为高端用户提供更好的参考咨询、信息素养教育和科研支持。图书馆在收到高端用户的服务需求后,通过P2P服务系统等形式调取用户的基本信息和以往服务记录,根据系统算法匹配服务过或专业对口的馆员对用户提供更有针对性、更精准的服务。高度重视的领导、高素质的P2P服务馆员、精准的服务内容、主动的服务态度是P2P服务开展的基础。According to the experience in the other industries,P2 P service is proposed in the field of library,which is targeted to provide "person-to-person service"for specific high-end library users. The P2 P service has some advantages like pertinence,continuity and high efficiency. P2 P service can guarantee that library provides reference service,information literacy education and research support for the high-end readers. After receiving the high-end users 'service demand,library obtains the basic information and departed service records of users through P2 P service system and other forms. According to the system algorithm,library matches served or professional librarians to provide more targeted and more accurate service. Highly valued leadership,high quality P2 P service librarians,accurate service content and active service attitude are the foundations of P2 P service.
