冰乌散涂擦治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期并发口腔念珠菌感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察冰乌散涂擦治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)继发心脾积热型口腔念珠菌感染的临床疗效。方法:将50例AECOPD继发口腔念珠菌感染患者随机分入两组。观察组30例:运用长棉签将冰乌散涂擦口腔黏膜患处;对照组20例:运用制霉菌素片溶于灭菌用水后局部涂擦。比较治疗前后两组的主要症状、体征积分及口腔咽拭子真菌培养转阴率的变化。结果:治疗后观察组主要症状、体征积分(4.43±4.98)分较对照组(8.45±6.12)分明显下降(P<0.05)。观察组口腔咽拭子真菌培养转阴率高于对照组(60%与20%)(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效更显著(P<0.05)。结论:制霉菌素水混悬液联合冰乌散涂擦治疗AECOPD患者继发心脾积热型口腔念珠菌感染均有效,且后者优于前者。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of oral and spleen-accumulating oral candida infection in AECOPD patients treated with Bingwu San.Medhods:AECOPD patients with oral candida were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(30 cases)was treated with rubbish rubbing oral mucosal lesion.While the control group(20 cases)was treated with nystatin tablets that were dissolved in sterile water for partial rubbing.Two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral and the Oral pharyngeal swab fungi culture negative rate.Results:After treatment,the treatment group of syndrome integral and the eosinophil(4.43±4.98)was lower than the control group(8.45±6.12),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of negative conversion of the treatment group was higher than the control group(60% and 20%)(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was more significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Both nystatin water suspension and Bingwu San for the treatment of patients with AECOPD followed by spleen and heat accumulation of oral candida infection have curative effect and can reduce the eosinophil,the latter is better than the former.
