老爷岭红皮云杉子代变异分析及优良个体的早期选择

摘　　要：红皮云杉(Picea koraiensis Nakai.)是长白山支脉老爷岭云杉林的重要组成树种之一,生态幅度相对较宽,具经济、材用、生态和景观等多种功效。为了合理利用老爷岭红皮云杉的自然遗传资源,提高良种的科技附加值,以穆棱群体自由授粉子代测定林为评价对象,采用固定标准地定位观测的方法,基于个体生态耦合性及遗传效应的分析,探讨了自由授粉子代树高和胸径的遗传变异,系统分析了生长性状的遗传力和遗传增益,并从中选育出生长、抗逆性和适应能力兼优的个体。结果表明:自然群体内个体间,老爷岭东侧的红皮云杉子代的生长性状存在极显著差异,其中,树高性状的变异较小,胸径性状的变异较大,平均变异系数分别为23.33%和44.90%;红皮云杉的生长性状受遗传基因的控制程度强,遗传增益大,树高和胸径2个性状的遗传力分别为0.949和0.923,遗传增益分别为17.71%和33.16%;综合考虑各项评价指标和各种影响因素,确定ML030、ML531和ML040为优良个体。Picea koraiensis is the precious trees of spruce forests at Laoye Ridge where its branch of Changbai Mountains in China,which it played in economy,utilization of timber,ecology,landscape and the other functions,and hold relatively wide ecological amplitude.By the method of positional observation of fixed standard fields,this thesis performed on discussing the genetic variation of the tree height and DBH from the open-pollinated progenies,and analyzing systematically the heritability and the genetic gains in quantity characters on the basis of analyzing the ecological coupling and its heredity effects,The research results has showed that there were greatly significant difference on the quantitative characters among the individuals,and the coefficient of variance from the tree height(23.33% )were smaller,but its DBH(44.90% )were larger,Meanwhile,the growth characters had strong heritability,high genetic gain,and remarkable heredity effects.The heritability of tree height and its DBH were 0.949 and 0.923,and the genetic gain were 17.71% and 33.16% ,respectively.The individuals ML030,ML531 and ML040 were determined to be the finest with all the evaluation indexes and influence factors taken into account.All these for utilizing legitimately the genetic resource distributed in Laoye ridge,and for improving the scientific additional value of superior specimen fromPicea koraiensis.
