摘　　要：对SSR分子标记在梨的品种鉴定,种质资源评价,重要农艺性状的基因定位以及分子标记辅助选择育种等4个方面的研究应用进展进行了综述,并对当前SSR标记在梨研究中存在的主要问题和应用前景进行了分析,旨在为开展梨分子遗传育种提供参考。We summarized the application of SSR molecular markers in pear cultivars,including identification of pear variety,diversity of germplasm resources evaluation,gene mapping of important agronomic traits and marker-assisted selection breeding four aspects,and further analyzed the current main problems of SSR markers research and application prospects in the pear.The aim is to provide references for developing pear molecular genetic breeding in future.
