摘  要:以OT型百合‘黄天霸’(‘Manissa’)×O型东方百合‘西伯利亚’(‘Siberia’),OT型百合‘罗宾娜’(‘Robina’)×O型东方百合‘索邦’(‘Sorbonne’)进行杂交,利用体外受精和胚胎挽救技术获得OTO远缘杂交新材料。细胞学观察表明,从‘黄天霸’ב西伯利亚’获得的F1杂种为非整倍体植物,其染色体数目变化为16~48,其后代的气孔尺寸存在多样性,不同植株的气孔大小不同,甚至同一叶片的气孔尺寸也不同;从‘罗宾娜’ב索邦’获得的F1杂种为三倍体植物,其染色体数目是2n=3x=36,其后代的三倍体气孔尺寸为(93.2±1.04)×(70.4±0.53)。在大多数OT×O的营养繁殖后代中,它们的有丝分裂是规则的,但是观察到一些异常现象,例如核不均等分裂,染色体桥,染色体落后;核萌发,核管侵入并缢裂,形成微核。这些在有丝分裂期间的异常现象可能是产生染色体数目和结构变异的机制之一。With vitro fertilization combined with embryo rescue the distant hybridization of Robina( OT) ×Sorbonne( O) and Manissa( OT) ×Siberia( O) was carried out to obtain new OT×O distant hybridization breeding lily materials.Cytological observation of F1 hybrids produced from Manissa×Siberiashowed that they were aneuploid plants and their chromosome numbers varied from 16-48,their stoma sizes of the progenies had diversity,the stoma sizes were different among different plants,even in the same leaf. Cytological observation of F1 hybrids produced from Robina×Sorbonne showed that they were triploid plants and their chromosome number was 2 n = 3 x = 36,the triploid stoma size was( 93.2 ± 1.04) ×( 70.4 ± 0.53). In the majority of the asexually propagated progenies from OT × O,their mitosis were regular,but some abnormal phenomena were observed,such as unequal division,chromosome bridges and lagging chromosomes; nucleus germination,intruding and splitting of the tube-like nucleus and multiple nuclei were also observed.These abnormal phenomena during mitosis may be one of the mechanisms of producing chromosome number and structure variations among the asexual descendants derived from OT×O.
