改良式接尿装置在老年男性尿失禁患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨老年男性尿失禁患者使用改良式接尿装置的应用效果。方法 120例老年男性尿失禁患者根据入院时间分为改良组和对照组,各60例。对照组使用保鲜袋接尿,改良组使用负压引流接管接塑料水杯接尿。观察2组尿液外漏、湿疹、皮炎、泌尿系统感染发生情况,记录每日更换次数,评价2组护理满意度。结果改良组患者尿液外漏发生率,湿疹、皮炎发生率,泌尿系统感染发生率低于对照组。改良组每日更换次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。改良组患者护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良式男性接尿装置操作简单、经济、方便,对减少患者尿失禁相关并发症的发生具有积极意义。Objective To evaluate the modified urine-receiving device in elderly male patients with uracratia. Methods Totally 120 elderly male patients with uracratia were assigned to the modified group( n = 60) and the control group( n = 60) according to the admission sequence.The fresh-keeping bag was used as urine collector in the control group,while the modified urinereceiving device( negative pressure drainage connected with plastic bottle) was used in the modified group. The occurrence of urine leakage,eczema dermatitis,urinary tract infection,as well as frequency of replacing urine collector,was recorded. The satisfaction degree of patients was evaluated.Results The incidence of urine leakage,eczema dermatitis,urinary tract infection was lower in the observation group than that of controls. The frequency of replacing urine collector was less in the modified group than that of controls( P < 0. 05). Patients in the modified group were more satisfied with urine-receiving collector than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The modified urine-receiving device,as a friendly-used and low-cost tool,may reduce the uracratia-related complications in elderly male patients with uracratia.
