体外冲击波治疗白血病骨髓移植术后股骨头坏死的护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结白血病骨髓移植术后患者股骨头坏死采用体外冲击波(ESW)治疗的护理体会。方法选取2017年7月—9月骨关节外科收治的白血病骨髓移植术后股骨头坏死患者10例,在局部麻醉下进行ESW治疗。给予术前心理护理、生活护理及功能锻炼,术中降低患者疼痛,术后加强健康宣教,指导患者功能锻炼。结果患者出院后随访,患肢疼痛感、肿胀感减轻,生活质量提高。结论白血病骨髓移植术后股骨头坏死采用ESW治疗,同时配合综合护理干预,可有效提高患者生活质量。Objective To summarize the Nursing measures in extracorporeal shock wave( ESW) treatment for osteonecrosis of the femoral head in patients receiving bone marrow transplantation for leukemia. Methods This study included 10 cases of patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head after undergoing bone marrow transplantation for leukemia. The comprehensive nursing interventions focused on preoperative psychological status,daily living,functional exercise,pain control,health education and postoperative rehabilitation exercise. Results Patients reported a decrease in pain and swelling at injured leg,and improvement in quality of life during follow-up after discharge. Conclusion In ESW treatment for osteonecrosis of the femoral head after bone marrow transplantation for leukemia,comprehensive nursing interventions and enhanced health education are required to improve the quality of life in patients.
