摘 要:锐钛矿纳米TiO_2催化活性高,被应用于光催化降解汽车尾气中。然而,纳米TiO_2颗粒在溶液中容易产生自发的凝聚行为,严重影响了其光催化降解汽车尾气性能。文章通过试验研究了分散剂种类和掺量、分散方法、分散时间对锐钛矿纳米TiO_2分散性能的影响规律,并对锐钛矿纳米TiO_2在水中的分散稳定性进行了评价。试验结果表明,合适的分散剂先机械剪切搅拌然后进行超声波分散能够显著地提高锐钛矿纳米TiO_2在水中的分散稳定性。在试验的基础上,进一步研究了锐钛矿纳米TiO_2在溶液中的团聚机理,提出了一种改善锐钛矿纳米TiO_2在水溶液中稳定性的新方法。Anatase TiO2 nanoparticles are widely used in photocatalytic degradation of automobile exhaust be-cause of its high catalytic activity .However ,the spontaneous aggregation behavior of TiO 2 nanoparticles is easy to occur in aqueous solution ,which affects the photocatalytic performance seriously .The effects of types and concentration of dispersant ,dispersing method and time on the dispersibility of anatase TiO 2 nanoparticles are investigated experimentally ,and the dispersion stability of anatase TiO 2 nanoparticles in aqueous solution is evaluated .The experimental results show that the suitable dispersant as well as the method of high speed stirring at first and then ultrasonic dispersion can significantly improve the dispersion stability of anatase TiO 2 nanoparticles in aqueous solution .Based on the experiments ,the agglomeration mechanism of anatase TiO 2 nanoparticles in solution is further studied and a new method for improving the stability of anatase TiO 2 nano-particles in solution is proposed .
