摘　　要：校园文化活动课程化实施是应用型大学培养学生能力素质的主要途径和方式,如何保证培养质量,特别是在青年学生能力素质上的培养效果,需要科学的质量监控体系来保证。本文从各项校园文化活动课程着手,对传统实践教学中模糊评价学生的方式进行改革,重点研究各项校园文化活动课程在整个能力素质培养体系中的权重,采用360度考核法建立起大学生能力素质培养考核新体系,并将考核结果有效应用于学生培养。The implementation of campus culture activity curriculum is the main approach for application-oriented universities to cultivate students＇ capability and quality. To guarantee cultivation quality,especially the cultivation effect of student＇ competence,a scientific quality control system is needed. This article starts with the cultural activity curriculum of campus; reform the aspects of traditional practical methods of ambiguous evaluating the students,focusing on the research of the weight of all kinds of campus culture activity curriculum in the whole ability and quality training system,360-degree assessment methods to establish college students＇ ability and quality training assessment certification system. And applying assessment results effectively in student training
