摘　　要：目的:调查护理管理者对护理经济学知识的需求,探讨护理经济学知识在临床护理及护理管理应用中存在的问题。方法:设计调查表,采取现场调查的方式,对某三甲医院护士长发放问卷并及时回收,对其中的各条目回答进行统计描述,并对学历、管理工作年限等维度的条目答案构成情况进行对比,发放问卷81份,回收有效问卷75份,问卷有效回收率为92.59%。结果:参与调查的护士长中仅有8%经常使用护理经济学知识,52%偶尔使用,40%从未听说过护理经济学,其中不同学历、不同管理工作年限的护士长对护理经济学知识的应用情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同学历的护士长对护理经济学知识重要性的认知比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大多数护士长对护理经济学知识了解甚少,对护理人力成本核算以及护理医保等经济活动,还停留在靠经验进行工作的阶段,护理管理人员对护理经济学知识的培训需求较为急迫,期望由此提高护理管理技能,实现护理精细化管理。To investigate nursing administrators' demand for nursing economics knowledge,and to explore the existing problems in the application of nursing economics in clinical nursing and nursing management. Methods: A questionnaire was designed and distributed to the head nurses of a Grade-A Level-III hospital and collected timely by field survey. A statistical description was made for the answers to all items therein,and the composition of answers to items of various dimensions like education,years of management experience and so on were compared. A total of 81 questionnaires were distributed and 75 effective questionnaires were collected,with the effective recovery rate of 92. 59%. Results: Only 8% of the head nurses involved in the investigation frequently used nursing economics knowledge,52% used occasionally and 40% had never heard of nursing economics. The differences in the application of nursing economics knowledge of the head nurses of different education and years of management experience were statistically significant( P < 0. 05).The difference in the cognition of the importance of nursing economics of head nurses of different education was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Most of head nurses have little understanding about nursing economics and their economic activities like cost accounting of nursing manpower and nursing medical insurance still stay at the stage of practical experience. The nurse administrators have an urgent demand for the training of nursing economics knowledge and expect improvement in their nursing management skills and realization of fine management of nursing.
