摘 要:目的:探讨PDCA循环法对提高眼科手术器械清洗质量及合格率的影响。方法:将我院未使用PDCA循环法(2014年9月~2015年4月)清洗的手术器械作为对照组,应用PDCA循环法(2015年5~12月)清洗的手术器械作为观察组,从PDCA循环法实施前后每月清洗的手术器械中随机抽取240件,抽取8个月共1920件,对比PDCA循环法实施前后器械清洗质量及合格率。结果:观察组器械清洗质量评分及功能质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组器械隐血试验阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环法能够提高眼科手术器械清洗质量及合格率。Objective: To explore the effect of PDCA cycle method on improving the quality and qualified rate of surgical instruments in ophthalmology.Methods: The surgical instruments cleaned without the application of PDCA cycle method( September 2014-April 2015) were selected as the control group,and those cleaned with the application of PDCA cycle method( May-December 2015) were selected as the observation group. A total of 1920 surgical instruments cleaned before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle method were randomly selected,with 240 surgical instruments selected from each month. The cleaning quality and qualified rate of instruments were compared before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle method. Results: The scores of cleaning quality and functional quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The positive rate of occult blood test of instruments in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of PDCA cycle method can improve the cleaning quality and qualified rate of ophthalmic surgical instruments.
