摘　　要：介绍了GB/T 23851—2017《融雪剂》制定的主要内容,包括产品概况、指标参数和试验方法以及与GB/T23851—2009《道路除冰融雪剂》的技术差异,简述了新标准制定的特点及创新点。新标准的制定,是根据中国融雪剂的生产和使用情况,从规范行业行为和促进行业发展的角度出发,使融雪剂产品不断地满足国内外市场的需求,这对中国融雪剂企业的生产管理和检测有着十分重要的指导意义。The main contents of national standard of Snow-melting Agent,GB/T 23851-2017,including product outline,index parameter,test method and its differences from the Salt of Ice and Snow Melting for Road,GB/T 23851—2009.The characteristics and innovative traits of this new standard were described.The formulation of this standard was according to the actual situation of the production and use of snow-melting agent in China,as well as from the perspective of regulating the behavior of industry and promoting the industry development,so as to make products meet market demand in China and abroad,and therefore,it had important guiding significance for the production management and product test of the domestic enterprises.
