摘  要:以硅酸钠水溶液为主要原料,无水碳酸钠和疏水剂为添加剂,制备高强疏水发泡材料。通过热重-差式扫描量热分析(TG-DSC)判断硅酸钠水溶液的质量损失和吸热温度,结合实验数据确定发泡温度。无水碳酸钠的加入改变了混合溶液的黏度,从而改善了发泡材料的机械强度,在碳酸钠用量为4%(质量分数)时,材料的抗压强度由0.45 MPa提高到1.94 MPa,抗折强度由0.12 MPa提高到1.52 MPa。有机硅憎水剂的加入改变了发泡材料的表面性能,提高了发泡材料的疏水性,材料的吸水率由50.6%降低到5%,接触角由0°提高到140°,发泡材料由亲水性变为疏水性。High mechanical strength and hydrophobic foam material has been prepared using sodium silicate solution as main material,anhydrous sodium carbonate and water repellent as additives.The mass loss and heat release of sodium silicate solution were determined by TG-DSC.The appropriate foaming temperature was determined by TG-DSC and experimental data.The mechanical strength of the foam sodium silicate was improved by adding anhydrous sodium carbonate.When the sodium carbonate content was 4%(mass fraction),the compressive strength and flexural strength increased from 0.45 MPa to1.94 MPa and from 0.12 MPa to 1.52 MPa,respectively.The hydrophobility of the foam sample was achieved by adding water repellent agent.The water absorption of foam sample decreased from 50.6% to 5% and the contact angle increased from 0° to140°.The foaming material was changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity.
