摘 要:β-甲基萘醌生产过程产生大量含铬废液,传统方法是将其制成铬粉,但由于铬粉市场疲软因而限制了该方法的生产,同时影响了β-甲基萘醌的生产。研究了β-甲基萘醌废液制备氧化铬绿的工艺,主要包括还原、除酸、洗涤、煅烧等工序,对比了还原剂加入量、除酸量、洗涤次数对产品质量及成本的影响。结果表明:β-甲基萘醌废液与葡萄糖在110℃反应,用氧化钙除酸至p H=3,所得氢氧化铬经7次洗涤再经煅烧,制得的氧化铬绿产品三氧化二铬质量分数>99%,其余各项指标均符合GB/T 20785—2006《氧化铬绿颜料》的要求。A large amount of chromium containing waste liquor is produced in the production process of β-methylnaphthoquinone(2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone).The traditional method is to produce it into chromium powder.However,because of the weak market of chromium powder,the production by this method is limited and the production of β-methylnaphthoquinone is also affected.The preparation technology of chromium oxide green by β-methylnaphthoquinone waste liquor was studied.The main process included reduction,acid-removing,washing and calcination etc..The influences of reduction amount,acid removing amount and washing times on the product quality and cost were investigated and compared.Results showed when β-methylnaphthoquinone reacted with glucose at 110 ℃,removing acid by calcium oxide till ph=3 and calcined the obtained chromium hydroxide after being washed for 7 times,the chromium oxide green with mass fraction of chromium oxide≥99.0%was obtained and all the other indexes met the requirement of the Chrome Oxide Green Pigments,GB/T 20785—2006.
