摘 要:目的:探讨可利新在急性缺血性肾衰(IARF)中的作用。方法:通过阻断SD大鼠肾动脉血流制作IARF模型,并将大鼠分为3组:对照组,治疗1组,治疗2组。分别给予0.09%生理盐水、可利新0.06mg/kg和0,03mg/kg静脉注射,第1次给药后24小时,观察肾皮质血流、肾功能和肾组织学改变。结果:与对照组相比,可利新组可明显增加肾缺血再灌注后肾皮质血流量(P<0.05),增加肾小球滤过率(P<0.05)并减轻肾组织损伤。两治疗组间无显著性差异。结论:可利新可能通过改变肾皮质血流的分布而增加肾小球滤过率,从而改善肾功能。Purpase: In our study, we investigated impact of terlipressine on model of ischemic acute renal failure(IARF) in rats. Methods: The rats were divided into 3 groups,and were treated with normal saline,terlipressin 0. 06mg/kg,0. 03mg/kg. Changes in renal cortex blood flow,renal function and the re-nal histological structure were observed. Results: The results revealed that terlipressine markedly improved the blood flow of renal cortex ( P <0, 05) and increased the glomerular filtration rate and provided signif-icant protection to the histological structure of kidney following renal ischemia-reperfusion injury. Conclusion: It was concluded that, terlipressine raised the glomerular filtration rate because it could improve the blood flow of renal cortex.
