摘　　要：明代统治者将茶叶当作治理边疆的利器,通过官给茶引、金牌信符、勘合、茶法及茶课等制度加强了对茶叶的管理。尽管明代以茶治边政策的执行力度及实际效果并不尽如人意,但较前代已经相当规范,各管理机构分工明确,运行顺畅,有效促进了各民族的政治、经济及文化交流。The rulers of the Ming dynasty used tea as a weapon to govern the frontier. The management of tea has been strengthened through the system of Tea lead, Gold Letters Operator, Kanhe, Tea Law and Tea Tax. Although the enforcement and real effect of policy of harnessing the borders with tea was not satisfactory, it has already been very normative with all the management departments clearly divided and effectively operating, which promoted political, economic and cultural exchanges among all ethnic groups.
