摘 要:近年来,农产品质量安全问题备受社会关注,随着检测前处理方法和仪器的不断改进更新,农产品中农药残留检测技术日趋成熟。2003年美国科研工作者针对水果蔬菜中的农药残留检测开发了QuEChERS前处理方法,该方法具有快速、简便、低廉、高效、稳定、安全的特点。介绍了传统的前处理方法和QuEChERS前处理方法的原理,并对比得出QuEChERS前处理方法的优势,总结了近年来QuEChERS前处理方法在提取溶剂的pH、净化剂、样品加水量、操作方法4个方面的改进措施;同时综述了近年来QuEChERS前处理方法在农产品及其他领域的应用情况,并对该方法的前景进行了展望。In recent years, the quality and safety of agricultural products has been paid much attention to by the society. With theimprovement of pretreatment methods and instruments, the pesticide residue detection technology is becoming more and more mature. In2003, American scientists developed QuEChERS asa pretreatment method for the detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.This method is quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe. This paper introduced the theory of the traditional pretreatment method andQuEChERS pretreatment method, and pointed out the advantages of the QuEChERS pretreatment method, and summarized theimprovement measures of QuEChERS pretreatment method in the four aspects of pH, purificant, water addition amount and operationmethod. In this paper, the application of QuEChERS pretreatment method in agricultural products and other fields in recent years wassummarized, and the prospect of this method was also prospected.
