论大数据环境下公安情报服务的发展

摘　　要：[目的/意义]大数据将推动公安情报服务进入新的发展阶段,因而有必要从理论上阐述大数据如何作用于公安情报服务,以及大数据环境下如何开展公安情报服务。[方法/过程]将公安情报服务构成要素作为立论依据,阐述大数据环境下公安情报服务的发展路径,并探索新的情报服务方式。[结果/结论]情报资料、情报用户和情报产品是公安情报服务的主要构成要素,在大数据环境下它们将得到进一步强化。公安情报服务将出现个性化、精细化、跟踪式和前瞻式等新的方式。[Purpose/Significance]Big data will promote police intelligence service into a newstage.Therefore,it is necessary to theoretically interpret howbig data can affect police intelligence service and howpolice intelligence service can be carried out in big data environments.[Method/Process]In this paper,the author studies the main elements of police intelligence service as the theoretical foundation,and expounds the development paths and the newways of police intelligence services in big data environment. [Result/Conclusion]The elements of police intelligence service are intelligence data,intelligence users and intelligence products,which will be further strengthened in big data environment.There will be some newways of police intelligence services,such as personalization,refinement,tracking and sticking,etc.
