基于专利情报的石墨烯产业技术竞争态势研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]以石墨烯技术领域专利情报为视角,通过德温特专利数据库(DII)收录的石墨烯技术专利作为数据来源,基于专利统计和专利计量的方法,对石墨烯产业技术竞争态势进行了实证分析。[方法/过程]将ECIRM模型引入到专利竞争情报研究中,从而构建了一种基于专利的ECIRM模型,分别从E维度(专利权人维度)、C维度(资本维度)、I维度(产业维度)、R维度(资源维度)以及M维度(技术管理维度)五个方面对该领域的技术竞争态势进行分析。[结果/结论]结果表明,ECIRM模型分析的角度更为全面,能更好揭示石墨烯产业技术领域的竞争格局。最后,综合分析结论,从核心专利研发、专利海外布局和技术创新模式等角度,为我国石墨烯的技术创新与产业发展提供建议与对策。[Purpose/Significance]Based on patent data from Derwent Innovation Index,this article takes graphene patents as content of research,and analyses technological competition situation of graphene industry in patent statistics and patent bibliometrics approaches.[Method/Process]By introducing patent indicators to the previous ECIRMmodel,we build up a newECIRMmodel based on patent analysis,then analyze technological competition situation of graphene industry from Entrepreneur,Capital,Industry,Resource and Management Dimension.[Result/Conclusion]The result shows that the improved ECIRMmodel is more comprehensive,which can better reveal the competition situation of graphene industry. Finally,based on the conclusions of the empirical analysis,the article proposes strategic countermeasures for the technological innovation and development of graphene industry from the viewof core patent innovation,patent overseas layout and technological innovation pattern.
