护理干预在急性上呼吸道感染中的临床价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在急性上呼吸道感染中的临床价值。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月我院144例急性上呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,以随机分组的方式将上述患者分成2组,每组72例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在其基础上实施护理干预。比较2组患者的康复情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的总有效率为100%、护理满意度为98.6%,均显著高于对照组的91.6%,81.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性上呼吸道感染患者进行临床护理时采用护理干预,可有效提高患者对护理的满意程度,促进康复,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing intervention in acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods From February 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital 144 cases of acute upper respiratory tract infection patients as the research object,by the way of randomized the patients were divided into two groups,72 cases in each group,the control group were given routine nursing care,the patients in the observation group based on the implementation of nursing intervention. Compared two groups of patients with rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction.Results The total efficiency of observation group was 100%,nursing satisfaction was 98.6%,significantly higher than that of control group 91.6%,81.9%,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention in clinical nursing of patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection can effectively improve the patient＇s satisfaction with nursing and promote rehabilitation,and is worthy of application and promotion.
