关于海外桥梁施工用物资经济性管理的思考

摘　　要：桥梁工程施工工序繁杂,施工用物资材料种类繁多,物资材料成本占工程总造价的比例一般在70%以上,海外工程由于增加了运输保管等费用,物资材料成本管控更是整个工程经济性管理中的重中之重。文章结合海外桥梁施工案例,分析了海外桥梁施工和国内的区别,从施工前、施工中和竣工阶段等几方面分析了物资管控的重点,探讨了一些现存问题产生的原因,并就此提出可行的对策。The process of bridge engineering construction is complicated, needs many kinds of materials, and material cost accounts for more than 70% of the total cost of the project. Due to the increase in transportation and storage costs, material cost control is the priority among priorities of economic management in the whole project. Based on the case analysis of overseas bridge construction, this paper analyzes the distinction between overseas bridge construction and domestic, and from the aspects of before construction, during construction and completion stage, analyzes key points in material management, and discusses the causes of some existing problems, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures.
