摘 要:目的:探讨BOPPPS教学模型在糖尿病患者健康教育中应用效果。方法:选取2015年1~12月我院就诊的40例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机等分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用BOPPPS教学模型进行健康宣教,对照组采用传统健康宣教模式。干预1年后,比较两组患者血糖控制情况。结果:两组患者空腹血糖、2 h餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白均较干预前降低(P<0.05)。干预后,与对照组相比,试验组空腹血糖、2 h餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:BOPPPS教学模型在糖尿病健康教育工作中有一定的推广价值。Objective: To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching model in health education for patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 40 patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected as the objects of study,and randomly and equally divided into experimental group and control group. BOPPPS teaching model was adopted for the publicity and education of health in the experimental group,and conventional model was adopted in the control group. After 1 year of intervention,blood-glucose control was compared between the two groups. Results:The fasting blood-glucose,2 h postprandial blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before intervention( P〈0. 05). After intervention,the fasting blood-glucose,2 h postprandial blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin decreased more significantly in the experimental group than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: BOPPPS teaching model has certain promotional value in the education work of diabetes health.
