产后早期乳房护理对促进母乳喂养的效果及对泌乳始动时间的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨产后早期乳房护理对促进母乳喂养的效果及对泌乳始动时间的影响。方法:选取2015年8月~2017年1月我院住院的产妇118例,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组。对照组实施常规产后护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取产后早期乳房护理。比较两组产妇泌乳始动时间、产后48 h泌乳量、乳房肿胀硬度、乳房疼痛状况及产后喂养情况。结果:观察组泌乳始动时间较对照组短(P<0.05),产后48 h泌乳量较对照组多(P<0.05);乳房肿胀硬度比较观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);产妇产后4 d乳房疼痛程度比较观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);产妇产后7 d纯母乳喂养比较观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产妇产后实施早期乳房护理,可显著缩短泌乳始动时间,明显增加泌乳量,同时可减轻乳房疼痛及肿胀状况,提高纯母乳喂养率。Objective： To explore the influence of early postpartum breast nursing on promoting the effect of breastfeeding and the initial time of lactation.Methods： A total of 118 lying-in women admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to January 2017 were selected and randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group. The control group received conventional postpartum care,and the observation group received early postpartum breast care based on conventional postpartum care. The initial time of lactation,48 h postpartum lactation volume,breast swelling hardness,breast pain status and postpartum feeding were compared between the two groups. Results： The initial time of lactation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the 48 h postpartum lactation volume was more than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the breast swelling hardness in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the breast pain status 4 d after delivery in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the exclusive breastfeeding rate 7 d after delivery in the observation group was more than that that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Early postpartum breast care can significantly shorten the initial time of lactation,significantly increase lactation volume as well as reduce breast pain and swelling and improve exclusive breastfeeding rate.
