摘  要:本文基于电磁场理论和Maxwell仿真软件,分析了一种螺管式电磁铁的静态吸力特性和动态吸合过程,并通过实验研究验证了该分析的正确性。研究结果表明,对电磁铁进行动态特性分析更接近短时工作电磁铁的实际情况,电磁铁吸合过程中,线圈电流先增大后减小再增大到稳定,铁芯所受吸力一直增大到稳定状态,但是在铁芯完全吸合前所受吸力增大的速度小于吸合后增大的速度,铁芯动态吸合过程中所受吸力的最终稳定值与静态相同气隙条件下所受吸力值相等。Based on electromagnetic theory and simulation software of Maxwell the static suction characteristics and dynamic pull in process of a solenoid electromagnet are analyzed, and the correctness of analysis is verified by the experiment. The results show that the dynamic characteristic analysis is closer to the actual condition of a short-time working electromagnet. In the process of the electromagnet pull the current of the coil increases first and then decreases and then increases to a stable value. The suction of the iron-core increases to a steady state, and the increases rate of the iron-core's suction before the electromagnet engaged is less than that after the electromagnet engaged. The iron-core's final suction in the dynamic pull process is equal to the suction value of static suction under the same air gap conditions.
