基于江苏古代针灸文献的医家医籍时代及地域分布研究

摘　　要：江苏中医发展历史悠久、人文荟萃,针灸医学独具特色,在全国具有重要的地位和影响。文章从江苏针灸医籍入手,系统整理了截至1910年年底的江苏地区针灸医籍共计41部、涉及医家40人,其中元代及元以前5部、明代14部、清代22部。通过对针灸医家医籍时代和地域分布的研究,总结出江苏针灸的地域分布特色和医家医籍特点,为江苏针灸的传承与发展提供理论指导。Jiangsu traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and a rich culture. It has unique characteristics and has important status and influence in China. This article obtains from the Jiangsu acupuncture medical books, compiled by a total of 41 literature of acupuncture and moxibustion in Jiangsu 1910 years ago, involves the subject that 40 people, including 5 books in the Yuan dynasty and before, 14 in the Ming dynasty, 22 in the Qing dynasty. Based on the study of the medical books and geographical distribution of acupuncture and moxibustion, this paper summarizes the regional distribution characteristics of Jiangsu acupuncture and the characteristics of medical practice, and provides theoretical guidance for the inheritance and development of acupuncture in Jiangsu province.
