摘  要:随着电力电子技术和现代控制理论的发展,伺服系统应用日益广泛,无刷直流电机作为伺服电机的一种,和普通电机相比,具有运行效率高、损耗低、调速性能好等优点,其中电流闭环驱动由于具有恒定力矩输出的特点,在无刷电机驱动中被广泛应用,本文设计了以ATmega16单片机为主控芯片的电流环驱动控制系统,包括AD采样电路、DA输出电路、驱动电路。软件基于单片机进行C语言编程,输出自适应的信号占空比,完成电流闭环控制,实现了控制电路的简化及控制精度的量化,同时具备较强的功能扩展性,本文对电流环驱动控制技术具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。The servo system is widely used with the development of power electronic technology and modern control theory. Brushless DC motor has advantages of high operating efficiency, low loss and good speed performance compared with the ordinary motor. The current closed - loop drive is widely used in Brushless DC motor driver because of constant torque output. This paper designs the current loop drive control system based on the master chip ATmegal6, including the AD sampling circuit, DA output circuit, drive circuit. The software is programmed by C language based on MCU, and output the duty ratio of the adaptive signal to complete the current closed - loop drive. The control circuit is simplified and the control precision is quantified, and it also has the strong function expansion. This paper has a certain theoretical significance and practical value for the current loop drive con- trol technology.
