延安时期党内政治生活的优良传统探析

摘　　要：延安时期以毛泽东为代表的第一代中央领导集体,在严峻复杂的艰难环境和局部执政的历史条件下,培育形成了党内政治生活的优良传统。其主要内容包括坚持和健全民主集中制,维护党的团结和集中统一,严明纪律规矩,积极开展批评与自我批评和正确选用干部五个方面,构成了党内政治生活的核心原则、基本目标、根本保证、重要手段和组织基础。严肃党内政治生活,需要坚守延安时期党内政治生活的优良传统,结合全面从严治党的新实践,进行创造性转化和创新性发展。During the Yan＇an era, in spite of the harsh and complicated circumstances and its governance merely in some areas, the first generation collective leadership of the CPC Central Committee represented by Mao Zedong had fostered fine traditions of the intra - Party political life, featuring the following five aspects ： adhering to and constantly perfecting democratic centralism; upholding the Partyg solidarity and unification; maintaining strict Party discipline ; carrying out criticism and self - criticism ; and adopting fight approach in cadre selecting and ap- pointment. They constitute the core principles, basic objective, fundamental guarantee, important measures and or- ganization basis of the intra - Party political life. At present, to promote strict political life within the Party we should follow the fine traditions in the Yanhn era and meanwhile develop them in an innovative way by combining the Partyg new practice of strict self - governance in every respect.
