执政党社会性功能的调适逻辑——基于中国共产党执政模式现代化演进的视角

摘　　要：执政党社会性功能是政党与社会关系平衡构筑的理性塑造,是公民社会兴起与社会组织发育壮大场域下的调适抉择。中国共产党作为中国唯一合法性执政党,面对改革开放后社会勃兴与权力消解的内在张力,其社会性功能的发挥理应遵循社会与国家动态博弈的调适逻辑,逻辑进路理应由传统强制式管控思维革新至镶嵌式合作模式,以善治理念为统摄,以社会服务模式为旨归,通过继承传统、找准定位、创新党建的具体理路来彰显执政党社会性功能的调适逻辑。The social functions of the ruling party are the rational outcome of the balance between the party and the society, the selection of adjustment in the context of a rising civil society and growing social organizations. As the sole legitimate ruling party, the CPC has to face the interual tension between the rise of society and the decline in state power, follow the adjustment rationality of dynamic game between the society and the state, transform its mindset from the traditional compulsory control pattern to the embedded cooperative one, with good governance as its dominant notion, serving the society as its purpose, to highlight the adjustment rationality of its social functions as a ruling party by following the fine traditions, getting its bearings, making innovations in Party building.
