摘  要:配电网中分布式电源渗透率的升高和电动汽车的大量接入使得集中优化模式难以满足控制灵活性和供电可靠性的要求。针对主动配电网(active distribution network,ADN)无功优化问题,建立了区内集中式、区间分布式的ADN分区分布式协调控制架构,并基于等网损微增率准则提出了ADN分布式无功优化方法,可以实现全局网损的分区分布式优化,保证系统电压质量和安全运行。所提方法包括无约束情况下的ADN分布式无功优化模型和针对功率电压越限处理的节点网损微增率(incremental rate of network loss,IRL)修正方法,尤其适用于系统规模大、分布式电源渗透率高以及分区数较多的ADN。基于IEEE33节点和69节点的仿真结果表明所提分布式无功优化方法具有较快的收敛速度和较优的全局优化效果,并且可以有效应对局部通信故障,保证ADN供电的可靠性和经济性。Increasing penetration of distributed generation and electric vehicles in active distribution network(ADN) make centralized optimization difficult to meet requirements of control flexibility and power supply reliability.In terms of reactive power optimization control,a distributed cooperative control architecture with features of centralized mode in partitions and distributed mode among partitions was established.Based on equal incremental rate of network loss,a distributed reactive power optimization control method was proposed to realize global optimization of network loss and ensure system voltage quality and safe operation.Comprising distributed reactive power optimization model without consideration of line power and node voltage constraints and incremental rate in network loss adjustment method for processing above constraints,the proposed method is especially applied for large-scale ADN with high penetration of DG and large number of partition.Finally,simulation results based on IEEE 33 and 69 nodes show that the proposed control method has well convergence speed and global optimization effect,and can effectively deal with local communication failure to ensure reliability and economy of power supply.
