摘　　要：针对双球基面圆锥滚子的长度检测问题,基于阿贝原则提出一种同轴检测方法。通过配置相应V形支承台对圆锥滚子中心轴线进行调整,推导出所用V形支承台的V形槽面升角与V形端面夹角和圆锥半角之间的三角函数关系,设计了一种适用于各种类型和不同锥角圆锥滚子的长度检测仪。通过测量不确定度的评定和实际应用表明:该仪器所用检测方法具有一定的可行性,且具有相对高的测量精度,可推广应用于生产现场。Based on Ab＇be principle, a kind of coaxial detection method is put forward for length of tapered rollers with double spherical reference surface. The relevant V - shaped supporter is configurated to adjust central axis of tapered rollers, and the trigonometric function relationships are deduced among rise angle of V - shaped groove face, included angle of V - shaped end face and roller tapered half angle in V - shaped supporter. A kind of length detection instrument is designed for various types of tapered rollers with different tapered angles. The measurement uncertainty is evaluated, and the actual applications show that the detection method has certain feasibility and relatively high measurement accuracy, which is able to be applied to production.
