摘　　要：简述了单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂在电力机车前窗玻璃粘接密封中应用的意义以及前窗玻璃连接形式,同时详细说明了前窗玻璃粘接密封的工艺方法和施胶过程中的技巧。This paper introduced the sealing technology of front window glass of the electric locomotive by using single component polyurethanes adhesive, the connection forms of front window glass, the bonding process method and the sizing technique in the process. At last a detailed adhesive bonding process description of the cab front window glass was illustrated.
