摘  要:随着科技的进步,胶粘剂在我国各个行业的运用越来越广泛。双组分胶粘剂能否达到最佳使用效果,取决于配比机构的配比精度和胶的混合均匀程度。通过文献查阅的方法,对比研究我国双组分胶粘剂现有设备配比系统的特点,根据液压传动技术原理,提出了一种新型计量配比机构的设想,并就其结构组成、工作原理等进行阐述。这种新型液压计量配比机构能克服现有设备计量配比机构的不足,一是能满足双组分胶粘剂的精密计量配比要求,二是能实现连续稳定地出胶,三是结构紧凑,工作过程稳定,维护方便。With the progress of science and technology, adhesives have been used more and more widely in various fields of our country.Whether the two-component adhesive can be used optimally depends on the proportioning accuracy and the mixing uniformity of the adhesive.Through the literature review method, the paper studies the characteristics of the existing equipment proportioning system of the two-component adhesive in China,according to the principle of hydraulic transmission technology,new type of measuring proportioning mechanism is proposed, and its structure and working principle are expounded.This new type of hydraulic metering matching mechanism can overcome the shortcomings of the existing metering proportioning mechanism.first,it can meet the requirements of precise measurement and proportioning of two-component adhesives;Second, can achieve a continuous and steady release of adhesive;third, the structure is compact, the work process is stable and easy to maintain.
