摘  要:内啮合齿轮泵在石油、化工、润滑、食品等领域应对复杂介质时运行稳定,不会造成泵送介质变质。内啮合齿轮泵输送高粘度介质,常遇到温度下降后介质凝固而造成泵卡死的问题。以圆弧内啮合齿轮泵为研究对象,引入背叶片安装于内啮合齿轮泵内部,强制齿轮后端的介质流动。使用Cero软件分析齿轮背侧介质的温度变化,从而得知介质的温度变化情况。结果表明,背叶片的引入消减了轴向力,提高了泵内轴承的寿命。Internal gear pump in the oil, chemical, lubrication, food and other fields to deal with complex media, the operation is stable, will not cause deterioration of pumping media. The internal gear pump to transport high viscosity medium, often encountered problem is that the temperature drops, the medium will solidify, causing the pump stuck. Taking the internal gear pump of circular arc as the research object, the back blade is installed in the internal gear pump, and the medium flow at the rear end of the gear is forced. Cero software is used to analyze the temperature change of the back side of the gear, so as to know the temperature change of the medium. At the same time, the introduction of the back blade also reduces the axial force, and improves the life of the pump bearing.
