摘　　要：针对莱钢冷轧薄板厂1500mm推拉式酸洗机组圆盘剪废边卷取机设计缺陷进行改进,由单一传动式改为双侧分别传动式,提高了生产效率,同时改造锥头结构,延长了锥头使用寿命,并方便维修。For 1500 mm push-pull type pickling line in Laiwu steel disc cutting waste edge coiling machine design defect was improved, by a single drive to bilateral transmission respectively, guarantee the production efficiency, reforming cone head structure, prolong the service life of the cone head and convenient maintenance.
