摘  要:目的:系统评价抗甲状腺药物对131I治疗Graves甲状腺机能亢进症疗效的影响。方法:计算机检索Pub Med数据库、CNKI(中国学术期刊全文数据库)、万方数据库及维普数据库,以上数据库的检索年限均为2006年1月~2016年9月。查找与抗甲状腺药物及131I治疗Graves甲状腺机能亢进症患者相关的所有临床随机对照试验,按照Cochrane的系统评价方法进行数据提取及质量评估,采用Rev Man 5.3.5软件进行Meta分析。结果:3项研究表明在接受131I治疗前以使用过抗甲状腺药物治疗的Grave甲状腺机能亢进症患者的临床有效率显著降低[OR=5.58,95%CI(2.47,12.62),P<0.000 1];4项研究表明,在接受131I治疗前以使用过抗甲状腺药物治疗的Grave甲状腺机能亢进症患者的临床治愈率显著降低,差异有统计学意义[OR=3.83,95%CI(2.51,5.84),P<0.000 01]。结论:数据分析显示,使用抗甲状腺药物会降低131I治疗Graves甲状腺机能亢进患者的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the effect of anti thyroid drugs on the efficacy of131 I in the treatment of Graves. Method Searched the Pub Med database,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database,and the database retrieval time was January 2006-September 2016. Searched all clinical randomized controlled trials were associated with the anti thyroid drugs and131 I treated the patients with Graves hyperthyroidism,and according to the Cochrane system evaluation method for data extraction and quality assessment,used Meta software for Rev Man 5. 3. 5 analysis. Results The 3 study showed that the clinical effectiveness of Grave patients treated with anti thyroid drugs prior to131 I treatment was significantly lower[OR = 5. 58,95% CI(2. 47,12. 62),P 0. 000 1]; 4 studies showed that the clinical cure rate of patients with Grave hyperthyroidism treated with anti thyroid drugs before receiving131 I was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant[OR = 3. 83,95% CI(2. 51,5. 84),P 0. 000 01]. Conclusion Data analysis shows that the use of anti thyroid drugs will reduce the clinical efficacy of131 I in the treatment of hyperthyroidism patients with Graves.
