布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂及沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果比较

摘　　要：目的:对比分析布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂和沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)的临床效果。方法:将2015年6月~2017年9月62例门诊COPD患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为布地奈德福莫特罗组和沙美特罗替卡松组各20例,特布他林吸入组22例作为对照组。对比三组患者治疗前、治疗后肺功能情况,圣·乔治(St.George)呼吸疾病问卷(SGRQ)的评分情况。结果:与对照组相比,沙美特罗替卡松组以及布地奈德福莫特罗组在治疗后SGRQ评分显著下降,肺功能明显改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);沙美特罗替卡松组与布地奈德福莫特罗组比较,上述两项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂同沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂相似,均能改善COPD患者的临床症状以及肺功能情况,可以在临床应用。Objective To compare the clinical effects of the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） by the treatment of budesonide formoterol powder inhaler and salmeterol flutieasone aerosol. Method In June 2015 to September2015,62 cases of clinic patients with COPD as the research object,they were randomly divided the patients into budesonide formoterol group 20 cases,salmeterol flutieasone group 20 cases,terbutaline inhalation group of 22 cases as control group. The scores of the three groups of patients were compared with lung function,and 6 months of st. George＇s respiratory disease questionnaire（SGRQ）. Results Compared with control group,salmeterol flutieasone group and budesonide formoterol SGRQ scores decreased significantly after treatment,pulmonary function improved significantly,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）; There was no significant difference in the above three indicators between budesonide formoterol group and salmeterol flutieasone group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Budesonide formoterol powder inhaler is similar to that of salmeterol flutieasone aerosol,which can improve the clinical symptoms,lung function of COPD patients,and can be used in clinic.
