老年女性压力性尿失禁患者社区家庭病床中医护理管理模式的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨以社区家庭病床为单位的中医护理管理模式对老年女性压力性尿失禁患者的影响。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,考虑到脱落原因,扩大样本20%,拟纳入72例,最终入组有效病例为60例,分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。试验组在给予社区常规模式护理的基础上给予以家庭为单位的中医护理管理模式干预,干预时间为6个月,对照组给予社区常规模式护理。结果:两组人口学资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性,两组干预后GSE-UI(t=6.981,P<0.001)、I-QOL(t=-8.684,P<0.001)评分比较,差异均有统计学意义,老年女性压力性尿失禁患者社区中医护理知识需求中对盆底肌功能锻炼的需求率最高达到80%。结论:以社区家庭病床为单位的中医护理管理模式,对老年女性压力性尿失禁生活质量及自我效能有显著提高。Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing management model on community-based hospital beds for elderly women with stress urinary incontinence. Method In order to facilitate the sampling method,taking into account the reasons for the loss,to expand the sample 20%,to be included in 72 cases,the final group of 60 cases of effective cases,60 cases of stroke patients,randomized for the experimental group and the control group,each group of 30 cases. The experimental group was given a family-based TCM nursing management model on the basis of routine routine nursing care. The intervention time was 6 months,and the control group was given community routine nursing. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in demographic data（P〈0. 05）. The scores of GSE-UI（t = 6. 981,P 0. 001） and I-QOL（t =-8. 684,P 0. 001） in the two groups were statistically significant. The elderly women with stress urinary incontinence in the community of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge needs in the pelvic floor muscle exercise demand rate of up to 80%. Conclusion The quality of life and self-efficacy of stress urinary incontinence in elderly women are significantly improved by using traditional Chinese medicine nursing management model in community family beds.
