摘　　要：选择可靠企业是军民融合战备物资储备的重要保障,也是确保战备物资储备工作运行顺畅的首要前提。战备物资储备可以通过选择有资质的地方企业,建立军民融合储备企业的指标体系。指标体系可以分为5个一级指标、14个二级指标。采用灰色关联分析方法对企业进行评选。通过算例分析表明,该方法可用于对企业进行评估选择,能够为今后战备物资储备企业选择提供依据。The selection of reliable enterprises is an important guarantee for the integration of military and civilian combat readiness materials, as well as the prerequisite for ensuring the smooth operation of combat readiness material reserves.The material reserve can select the local enterprise and establish the index system of the enterprise. The index system is divided into 5 first level indexes and 14 two level indexes.The enterprise is selected by the method of grey relation grade analyze. The calculation shows that the method can evaluate and select the enterprise, andprovide the basis for the selection of the maerial reserves enterprise.
