摘　　要：目的构建护理管理信息数据元目录分类框架体系。方法采用Delphi专家咨询法,选择全国护理管理、护理教育、医学信息化与标准化等领域专家27名,以现场或信件发放和收回的方式,对分类框架体系进行2轮专家意见咨询。结果构建的护理管理信息数据元目录分类框架体系包括一级条目3个(人力资源管理、财力与物力资源管理、业务资源管理),二级条目20个,三级条目66个。结论通过Delphi专家咨询法构建的护理管理信息数据元目录分类框架体系内容合理、结构清晰,可促进护理管理信息化发展。Objective To construct a classification framework of data element directory of nursing management information. Methods The researchers carried out two rounds of Delphi expert consultation. A total of 27 experts in the field of nursing management, nursing education,medical informatization and standardization, were surveyed by means of field distribution or letters. Results A classification framework of data element directory of nursing management information was built. The framework included a 3 first-level directories, 20 second-level directories, 66 third-level directories. Conclusion By adopting Delphi expert consultation method, the data element directory of nursing management information system is reasonable and the structure is clear, which can promote the development of nursing management information.
