外周血管介入治疗大咯血的临床效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究外周血管介入治疗大咯血的疗效及安全性,为临床治疗大咯血提供指导。方法:以2013年9月-2017年8月来笔者所在医院接受救治的135例大咯血患者作为观察对象,对135例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,介入组85例,应用外周血管介入治疗,对照组50例,应用传统手术治疗。研究对比两组大咯血患者的疗效、生活质量评分及并发症发生率。结果:介入组患者的总有效率(94.12%)相比对照组(72.00%)明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);介入组和对照组患者治疗后的生活质量评分均较治疗前有所升高,但介入组患者治疗后的生活质量评分(84.36±4.23)分,相比对照组的(79.11±3.67)分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);介入组患者的并发症发生率(2.35%)相比对照组(20.00%)明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外周血管介入治疗大咯血的效果较显著,并发症较少,有助于改善患者生活质量。Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of peripheral vascular interventional therapy for massive hemoptysis,and to provide guidance for clinical treatment of massive hemoptysis.Method：135 patients with massive hemoptysis from September 2013 to August 2017 in our hospital for treatment as the observation object,the clinical data of 135 patients were analyzed retrospectively,the intervention group（85 cases,peripheral vascular interventional treatment） and control group（50 cases,traditional surgical treatment）.The curative effect,quality of life score and complication rate of two groups of patients with massive hemoptysis were compared.Result：The intervention group of patients with total effective rate（94.12%） compared with the control group（72.00%） was significantly higher（P〈0.05）;the intervention group and the control group,the scores of quality of life of patients after treatment than before treatment increased,but after treatment the quality of life score of intervention group patients（84.36±4.23）points,compared with the control group of（79.11±3.67）points,was significantly higher（P〈0.05）;the incidence of complications in the intervention group（2.35%） compared with the control group（20.00%） was significantly lower（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Peripheral vascular interventional therapy is more effective in the treatment of massive hemoptysis,with fewer complications,and it can improve the quality of life of patients.
