摘　　要：目的对反瓣石斛进行生药学鉴定。方法采用生药鉴定方法研究反瓣石斛药材的基源、性状和显微鉴定特征。结果反瓣石斛的原植物形态、药材性状和不同器官的显微组织构造的鉴别特征明显。结论文中结果可为澄清石斛药材的基源、品种整理和反瓣石斛的品种鉴定和质量标准的制定奠定基础。OBJECTIVE To identify Dendrobium ellipsophyUum in pharmacognosy. METHODS The pharmacognostical identification method was used to study the original plant, morphological identification and microscopic characters of D. ellipsophyllum. RESULTS The differential features of D. ellipsophyllum in the original plant, morphological identification and microscopic characters of different organs were visible. CONCLUSION The results provide a theoretical foundation for clarifying the source, sorting species of Dendrobium and the scientific basis for its variety identification and the development of quality standard of D. ellipsophyllum.
