摘 要:目的筛选出适应性更好的铁皮石斛栽培种。方法以生长环境不同的铁皮石斛栽培种南山红杆、容山堂3号和南山青杆为研究对象,比较其形态特征、产量、抗病性和多糖含量的差异。结果南山青杆的茎细长,品质较好,发病率低,生物量积累较少;南山红杆矮壮,发病率较高、产量较低,多糖的含量较少;容山堂3号植株粗壮,生物量积累较多,多糖的含量高,抗病性较好。结论南山红杆和容山堂3号较适宜加工成铁皮枫斗,而南山青杆更适合鲜食,在广西玉林这种亚热带季风气候的环境下,容山堂3号是较适合栽培的品种。OBJECTIVE To select the cuhispecies of Dendrobium candidum with better adapt ability. METHODS Comparison was conducted on the difference of morphological characteristics, and output, disease resistance, content of polysaccharides among the three different cultispecies of D. candidum ( Nanshan red stem, Rongshantang No. 3 and Nanshan green stem). RESULTS The stem of Nanshan green stem was tall and slender, with better quality, lower incidence rate and less biomass of accumulation. The plant of Nanshan red stem was short and strong, with higher morbidity,lower production, and the content of polysaccharides was less. The plant of Rongshantang No. 3 was thick and strong with better disease resistance, more biomass of accumulation and the content of polysaccharide were higher. CONCLUSION In contrast, Nanshan red stem and RongshanTang No. 3 are more suitable to be processed into Fengdou, and Nanshan green steam are best to eat when they are fresh. The climate of Yulin city in Guangxi province belongs to subtropical monsoon climate that it is suitable for planting Rongshantang No. 3.
