摘 要:针对液-液体系重力沉降分离易出现产品损失现象和精度低等问题,设计了基于电导率终点检测有机相-水体系液-液重力沉降自动分离装置,分离装置结构简单易实现,通过能量平衡和流体阻力分析,给出分离装置的关键结构参数的确定方法及计算式。提出了基于粗分和精分两个分离阶段控制策略,粗分以提高分离效率和防止过分离为控制目标,精分以提高分离精度为控制目标,在确保分离安全可靠前提下,实现高效高精度分离。通过多次静置精分,分离精度可达到99.0%以上。通过引入动态关阀指令延时,分离装置自适应体系工况变化,解决精细化工多批次间歇生产体系多变的自动分离技术难题。Some problems such as production loss and low accuracy are often found during the process for liquid-liquid separation by the gravity. For this reason, an automatic separating unit of organic phase-water is designed based on detecting the conductivity at the separation endpoint. The device is simple in structure and easy to realize. The determination method and calculation formulas for the key structure parameters of separating unit are provided according to analysis of energy balance and fluid resistance. A control strategy is given on the basis of two separating phases which are the crude separation and the precise separation. The control objective of crude separation is to improve separation efficiency as same as to avoid excessive separation. The control objective of precise separation is that the separation accuracy and efficiency are all increased on the premise of the assurance of safety and reliability. After a few times standing, the separation accuracy is over 99 percent. Operating condition of the adaptive system of the separating unit changes with the application of time-delay command to dynamic closing valve, the problem is solved which is difficult to separate automatically with fickle system and multi-batch production in fine chemistry process.
