摘 要:操作人员误入带电间隔进行操作造成人身伤亡的事故时有发生,其主观原因是没有严格遵守操作规程,人员之间信息沟通不足。客观原因是操作人员无法在现场得知操作环境,即间隔带电与否的真实情况。防止人员误入带电间隔主动探测数字式预警技术,实时测量人体周边环境的电磁场分布探知间隔的带电情况,并将结果在液晶屏幕上显示。当人体和带电物的距离过近,触电危险程度达到预先设定的门限时,通过声音报警以及闪光等方式及时提醒操作人员,以避免误操作带来的事故发生。The personal injuries and fatalities caused by the operation are frequent when the operator strayed into a charged space. The subjective cause is that operators fail to observe the operation regulation strictly, and information communication among personnel is insufficient, and the objective cause is that operators cant acquire the operating environment at site, namely the reality about whether the space is charged or not. The active detection digital early warning technology for protecting personnel from entering charged spaces will measure the distribution of electromagnetic fields in the environment surrounding personal bodies, detect the charge conditions of spaces and transmit the result to the LCD screen. When a personal body is rather close to a charged object and the extent of shock risk is up to the preset limit, the operator will be reminded in time by sound alarm and flashlight, in case of any accident incurred by misoperation.
