基于心理护理研究中医五行音乐疗法治疗产后抑郁症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察在心理护理基础上应用中医五行音乐疗法治疗产后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将120例产后抑郁症按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各60例,观察组在心理护理基础上应用中医五行音乐疗法,对照组仅应用心理护理,共治疗8周。分别于治疗前、治疗8周观察两组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxy tryptamine,5-HT)水平、孤啡肽(orphanin FQ,OFQ)水平和雌二醇(estrodiol,E2)水平。根据HAMD量表评分评价临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者的HAMD积分、EPDS积分、5-HT水平、OFQ水平和E2水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的HAMD积分、EPDS积分、5-HT水平、O FQ水平和E2水平均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率90.00%明显优于对照组76.67%(P<0.05)。结论在心理护理基础上应用中医五行音乐疗法治疗产后抑郁症,可明显降低抑郁相关因子,改善患者抑郁程度,促进产后康复,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of applying Chinese five elements music therapy on postpartum depression on the basis of psychological care.Methods 120 cases of postpartum depression were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The observation group were given psychological care and Chinese five elements music therapy while the control group were given psychological care only with a total of 8 weeks of treat- ment.Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）, Edinburgh postpartum depression scale（EPDS）, 5-hydroxy tryptamine（5-HT） level, orphanin FQ（OFQ） levels and estrodiol（E2） levels were measured before the treatment and 8 weeks after the treatment respectively to evaluate the clinical efficacy according to the HAMD scale. Results There were no signifi- cant differences in HAMD score, EPDS score, 5-HT level, OFQ level and E2 level between the two groups before the treatment （P 〉 0.05）.After the treatment, the HAMD score ,EPDS score, 5-HT level,OFQ level and E2 level of the two groups were significantly improve （P 〈 0.05） and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The total effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group, significantly better than that of the control group 76.67%（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Psychological care combined with Chinese medicine five el- ements music therapy to cure postpartum depression can significantly reduce depression-related factors, improve the degree of depression, promoting postpartum rehabilitation and life quality of patients.
