浙江省湖州市南浔区首例疫苗相关麻痹型脊髓灰质炎病例调查分析

摘　　要：浙江省湖州市南浔区首例疫苗相关麻痹型脊髓灰质炎(VAPP)病例于口服第3剂次脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗21 d后出现左下肢急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)的症状,预检时无异常,亦无肛周脓肿。提示除首剂次会发生VAPP病例外,其他剂次也可能发生。该病例属漏报病例,应进一步完善并统一VAPP诊断标准及流程,继续加强AFP监测管理工作,以防漏报。An acute flaccid paralysis （AFP） cases occurred on day 21 after the 3rd dose of oral polio vaccine （OPV） immunization in Nanxun district of Huzhou, Zhejiang province. This was the first case of vaccine associated paralytic poliomyelitis （VAPP） in Nanxun, the case＇s left lower extremity Was involved. No significant contradictions, including perianal abscess, were found in the health examination before immunization. VAPP might occur after any dose of OPV except the first dose. This case was underreported. It is necessary to further improve and standardize the diagnostic criteria and procedures, further strengthen the surveillance of AFP to avoid the underreporting of such cases.
